צ'ינקווה טרה (הגייה איטלקית: [ˈtʃiŋkwe ˈtɛrre]; ליגורית: צ'ינקווה טרה, שפירושו "חמש ארצות") הוא קטע חוף סלעי בריביירה האיטלקית. היא נמצאת באזור ליגוריה שבאיטליה, ממערב לעיר לה ספציה, וכוללת חמישה כפרים: מונטרוסו אל מארה, ורנאצה, קורניליה, מנארולה וריומאג'ורה. קו החוף, חמשת הכפרים והגבעות שמסביב הם כולם חלק מהפארק הלאומי צ'ינקווה טרה והוא אתר מורשת עולמית של אונסק"ו. במשך מאות שנים, אנשים בנו בקפידה טרסות על הנוף המחוספס והתלול ממש עד הצוקים המשקיפים על הים. חלק מהקסם שלה הוא היעדר פיתוח ארגוני גלוי. שבילים, רכבות וסירות מחברים בין הכפרים, ומכוניות אינן יכולות להגיע אליהם מבחוץ. אזור צ'ינקואה טרה הוא יעד תיירותי פופולרי מאוד. כפרי צ'ינקווה טרה הושפעו קשות מגשמי זלעפות שגרמו לשיטפונות ומפולות בוץ ב-25 באוקטובר 2011. תשעה בני אדם נהרגו בשיטפונות, והנזק לכפרים, במיוחד ורנאצה ומונטרוסו אל מארה, היה נרחב
