سينك تير (النطق الإيطالي: [tʃiŋkwe ˈtɛrre]; ليغوريا: Çinque Tære ، والتي تعني "الأراضي الخمسة") هي جزء وعرة من الساحل على الريفيرا الإيطالية. تقع في منطقة ليغوريا في إيطاليا ، إلى الغرب من مدينة لا سبيتسيا ، وتضم خمس قرى: مونتيروسو آل ماري ، فيرنازا ، كورنيجليا ، مانارولا ، وريوماجيوري. يعد الخط الساحلي والقرى الخمس وسفوح التلال المحيطة جزءا من منتزه Cinque Terre الوطني وهو أحد مواقع التراث العالمي لليونسكو. على مر القرون ، بنى الناس بعناية تراسات على المناظر الطبيعية الوعرة شديدة الانحدار وصولا إلى المنحدرات التي تطل على البحر. جزء من سحرها هو عدم وجود تنمية واضحة للشركات. تربط المسارات والقطارات والقوارب القرى ، ولا يمكن للسيارات الوصول إليها من الخارج. تعد منطقة Cinque Terre وجهة سياحية شهيرة للغاية. تضررت قرى سينك تير بشدة من الأمطار الغزيرة التي تسببت في فيضانات وانهيارات طينية في 25 أكتوبر 2011. وتأكد مقتل تسعة أشخاص بسبب الفيضانات، وكانت الأضرار التي لحقت بالقرى، ولا سيما فيرنازا ومونتيروسو آل ماري، واسعة النطاق.
